[dev sandbox] Invalid subscription key for the Collection Widget | Receive mobile money payments on your website through a USSD or QR code

Hi there,It seems that you have some issues with the generated subscription keys for this Collection Widget. Can you please help me get a proper key that I can use. Neither the primary nor the secondary keys are working.

Unable to download contracting form

500 Server Error

what is the collection widget about

I have been looking through the documentation and can’t find much information about the collection widget product. All I could find is that it enables a developer or partner to integrate a MoMoPay checkout button to accept Mobile Money payments on your e-commerce site. but what differentiates it from the othe collections product and how can we implement it in the sand box.

Bonsoir à tous,  j'ai un problème avec l'API de MTN MOMO dans un agrégateur de paiement que nous avons développé. Jusqu'à récemment, les API fonctionnaient correctement. Cependant, nous rencontrons actuellement un problème.Après un diagnostic approfondi, il apparaît que l'initialisation du paiement s'exécute normalement. Cependant, la dernière étape, celle du paiement effectif, censée notifier le client pour approuver la transaction, ne fonctionne pas. Aucun retour d'erreur n'est reçu à ce stade, rendant le diagnostic difficile.Pourriez-vous m'aider à identifier la cause de ce problème ou m'indiquer les étapes nécessaires pour le résoudre ?Je vous remercie d’avance pour votre aide.

API payment failed.

Receiving INVALID_CALLBACK_URL_HOST error when trying to use the distribute/CashIn endpoint on PostmanCollection

I have created an API user and API key on sandbox and has set the providerCallbackHost correctly, However when I try to make a disbursement on the endpoint disbursement/v1_0/deposit, I am getting the error “Callback URL does not match the configured value.” on request. even though the callback url host is the same as providerCallbackHost when creating the API user.attached are screenshots of the request and response.

Prompt for user pin not showing.
