MoMo API Error response enrichment

What: Part of our ongoing efforts to improve MoMo Open API experience, we will be updating the reason field for some FAILED responses on the Get Status API with insightful descriptions.

Why: We want to make it easy and more flexible for integrators to identify and troubleshoot failure reason to improve customer engagements

When: Tuesday 30th January 2024 from 00:00 to 06:00 UTC +3.
