If I want to pay Airtime for my users as an Agent, Which MoMo Product do I use?

I want to create a wallet for allowing user deposit cash, when the user accumulates some money, he will be able to purchase airtime. On my side, I want to be able to receive the MoMo Agent commission.

MTN has an airtime API, kindly visit the MTN Business Center for more info.
Startups are already using the Bundles and airtime API.
