They replied but asked for plenty documentation. I provided and they demanded for more because of what I wanted to use the platform for. The rest they demanded I don't have

The level of unprofessionalism with African service providers. I was given 72hrs yet no reply. I even sent a an email after those 72hrs and there wasn’t a response. We have a business to run and time is of essense. You guys need to do better.

Let’s wait again. They are probably busy. This is my 15th day.

No answer. I even managed to call in vain!

Okay but do you understand SLAs or responding to a customer so they know the state of their application? That’s just the right thing to do. We are not asking too much. Its a business communication between a business and a customer.

It is highly probable that the MTN MoMo sandbox is facing issues or is temporarily misconfigured on their end. This is a common situation with the MTN sandbox environment. Let's remain patient and await their proper response. 

​@munyeshyaka we are still waiting right? Imagine running a business and waiting this long...Its sad but Africa has to do better. I’m still waiting and considering going fulltime we Stripe though it will limit my business but can’t keep waiting without no feedback from them.

Hey, how do you get their email? I have been searching on how to get in contact with them. Because some of their qualificationair don't apply to my business. I'm just trying to use the production API. This is the first API service i have work on, that don't have a way for developers to get in contact with them.
