Sandbox testing: Create and/or provision API user failure

Hi all

I am trying to proceed with sandbox testing for the api in order to use it at a later stage for handling payments for a voucher service that uses among other things a USSD interface for mobile devices.

I am experiencing errors when trying to create the API user for the sandbox and as a result can proceed no further.

Please advise
