Sandbox provisioning is failing for me. Creating an API user returns HTTP 500 with no MTN error code, so the request appears to fail before it reaches the backend.
Endpoint:

- X-Reference-Id: new UUID v4 on each attempt
- Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: Collections primary key (subscription is Active)

Could you check the activity ID and confirm whether the sandbox provisioning service is currently operational? If anything in my request is wrong, please let me know what to change.
