Please I am currently having MTN sandbox API-user creation issues for an application that I built. The collection subscription is active, yet I am getting “404 not found” error message when I try to create the MTN sandbox API-user on POSTMAN.COM.
The HTTP status is 404
Message is “Resource not found”
The date of last attempt is 23rd October 2026 at 2:50am
Kindly assist me
