Hello MTN Developer Support,
I am integrating the MTN MoMo Collections API in the sandbox environment.
My API User exists and can be retrieved successfully using GET /v1_0/apiuser/{id} (HTTP 200).
However, POST /v1_0/apiuser/{id}/apikey returns HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
The response includes activityId: 25f7ca0a-8d3d-434e-a619-30936b328619
Could you please investigate whether API Key provisioning is currently operational and whether my subscription requires additional activation?
