My Collections subscription, “Paiements AgriZone,” is active, but I am unable to retrieve my existing Sandbox API User. The request GET /v1_0/apiuser/{X-Reference-Id} returns HTTP 500 directly from the developer portal.

Could you please investigate whether the Sandbox User Provisioning and Collections Token services are experiencing an issue and advise me on how to proceed?
My goal is to complete the integration of MTN MoMo Collections Sandbox with my AgriZone application.
