I successfully created it using/v1/0/apiuser/v1/0 apiuser, but using
/V1_0/apiuser/{X-Reference Id} does not return any data for apiUser. Which API do I need to use to obtain apiUser? I can successfully obtain apiKey through/v1.0/apiuser/{X-Reference Id}/apikey
