Diagnosis:
MTN's backend returned an internal error.
This is almost always one of:
• No registered developer application on your
MTN profile (register one at
https://momodeveloper.mtn.com/developer).
• An MTN-side sandbox outage (transient — retry in
an hour, or check their community forum).
Copy the activityId from the body above and include it
in any support ticket — it is MTN's server-side trace.
