Failing to subscribe for collections. Any help i can receive?

SUBSCRIPTION FAILURES
To subscribe to collections, go to the collections products page https://momodeveloper.mtn.com/product#product=collections, enter your product subscription name (any name you give it), check the terms box and click subscribe.
