Problem in request to pay status

ًWe moved to production environment, when I am trying Request to pay, it returns success, but when I am trying Request to pay status, it returns 400 or 404
also when using Preapproval status and payments status.
I need help please

Hello,

Ensure you are passing the x-reference-id in the request URL e.g (https://proxy.momoapi.mtn.com/collection/v1_0/requesttopay/643a2334-143f-438b-a75a-84acd14f5808)
It must be a GET not a POST call
