Is it possible to perform collection from an Airtel user to my MTN wallet through the RequestToPay API?

Not at all.
Have you ever heared of a Wallet App?,
This is possible when you create a wallet app and have subscribed to both APIs.

However at the moment using Mobile Money Transfer , it is possible to send to either networks.

        @crankluga can wallet application be built using any of the apis.
        wallet application in the sense that people can set up a wallet to receive money and all
