Collections API Subscription Not Working in Sandbox

Hello MTN MoMo Support Team,

I am testing the MTN MoMo Sandbox APIs.

  • Disbursement API User creation works

  • Disbursement API Key creation is blocked with:

    “The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.”

  • Collections API User creation fails with:

    401 Invalid subscription key

Both subscriptions show Active in the developer portal.

This suggests that my Collections Wallet API is not properly provisioned in the sandbox backend.

Kindly assist in enabling or fixing the Collections subscription for my sandbox profile and API key blocking issue.

    401 Invalid subscription key - As it states, your susbcription passing an invalid subscription key, most common error is Subscribing to the Collection Widget Product instead of the Collection Product. 

     

    The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. - You are passing characters/formats that are not supported in your request, this can be in the request headers, request body, url etc.
