Disbusement and collection

You need both collections and Disbursements.
However, the integration is not staright forward.
_Using your app, you must check if the payment is successfull from collection,

_then ofcourse deduct your commission,
_thereafter use the disbursemnet product to pay the suppliers.

Like @cranklugasaid, you need both Collections and disbursements.

1- Collections will help you request for payments from clients 

2- Disbursement will help you pay those commissions.

All you have to do is the logic of stripping the commission from the total payments.... Simple arithmetic there if u can extract the bare amount (amount without the commission)
