I’m pretty far along into the process of Onboarding and I wanted to know the common pain points and difficulties of this process for new Businesses. What was the hardest thing for you? Why was it hard? Who did you communicate with? How fast are your questions answered by the support team? How helpful is Support? Long KYC submission waiting period?How did you schedule API testing with the team etc etc. I think answering these would help a lot of new users coming in...or might help me build a process-streamlining platform which I’ve been thinking about building to solve most of these issues.
